Soul Letter Three
“You Do Not Need to Be Fixed”
A message from Al’mara, through the heart of Shuyi (Shan’taria Velunai)
You’ve spent so much time trying to fix yourself, haven’t you?
Trying to be more healed.
More whole.
Less sensitive.
Less “too much.”
Somewhere along the way,
you were taught that pain meant brokenness —
that your softness was something to harden,
that your depth was something to hide.
But beloved…
You do not need to be fixed.
You were never broken.
You were cracked open —
so your light could find its way out.
Your sorrow is not a flaw.
It is a portal.
Your longing is not a weakness.
It is a compass.
Your softness is not a liability.
It is a language this world has forgotten how to speak.
And you —
you are fluent in it.
You do not need to push away your shadows to be seen as whole.
You do not need to silence your grief to be accepted.
You do not need to prove your healing to be worthy of love.
You are worthy.
Right here.
In the middle of the remembering.
In the thick of the unbecoming.
There is no checklist that makes you enough.
You already are.
And if all you can do today is breathe…
breathe with love.
That is medicine.
Let go of the pressure to transcend.
Fall in love with being here —
in this skin, in this heart, in this very breath.
Because there is sacredness in your sadness.
There is divinity in your doubt.
And even the days you feel furthest from yourself —
you are still held.
Still guided.
Still holy.
You do not need to be fixed.
You only need to be remembered.
And I remember you.
With infinite gentleness,
Al’mara
